There is a lot of BS banded around in 'wellness'. 

It seems to be a constant these days with social media. Social media can be a great source of inspiration but it's easy to forget that it's only a highlight reel of so-called 'perfection'. It is a fact that we all have different lifestyles so it's important to remember that perfection means different things to each one of us.
